Mental Health for the People of God

Life can be overwhelming at times, can't it?

All of us face challenges not only to our physical and spiritual well-being but also our emoitional and mental areas of human functioning. 

This seminar is for everyone who struggles with these challenges, those who support others, or those who want to learn more about what the Bible says about our mental health. 

Steve Motyer, who was previously Head of Theology and counselling at the London School of Theology, will help us understand that we are not alone in what we face and that such health challenges are not a personal weakness or a sign of spiritual immaturity. He will also help us explore ways to support one another in our church community, families and friendship groups.
